Foundations

Who it's for: Beginners and those new to Muay Thai

Foundations is where every SitJaiYai member starts. Classes cover the core techniques of Muay Thai — stance, guard, footwork, strikes, and defence — in a structured environment with no pressure. Controlled light contact sparring is introduced progressively, so you build confidence at your own pace. If you've never trained Muay Thai before, this is your class.

Mixed / Advanced

Who it's for: Experienced students and competitors

For members who have the basics dialled in and are ready to push further. Intermediate and Advanced sessions combine technical padwork with full sparring, building the skills, timing, and ring craft needed to compete or simply reach a higher level of ability. Expect to be challenged — and to get better because of it.

PADWORK

Who it's for: Everyone

Paired padwork open to all members regardless of experience. One person holds, one person works — then you switch. It's one of the most effective ways to develop combinations, timing, and power in Muay Thai, and because it's all levels, you'll find yourself working with training partners at every stage of their journey. A staple session for anyone serious about improving.
